To the naked eye I was impressed with Andrew Baginksi’s performance. After roster reconciliation I was blown away to find out that Baginksi is still just a freshman. It is as clear as they sky is blue that Baginksi moves horizontally, down hill, and backwards extremely well. Additionally, Baginksi’s pad level was consistently low. Because of this, he played with balance and was able to corral ball carriers with ease. Later on during 7v7, Baginksi had yet another opportunity to demonstrate just exactly how well he moves. That said, he could benefit from getting more depth on his drop.
