2022 Ranking, Hit or Miss?
I’d consider this a slight miss if I’m being honest. Yes, we have the former Mt. Lebo standout inside the Top 100, yes he was ranked inside the top ten at his position (DB). All of this being said, I didn’t figure Tecza would impact the game as early as he did at the Naval Academy. I didn’t expect him to start as an underclassman, nor produce the way he did in what was effectively his first year on the turf. Enters this coming Fall as the starting FB.

A starter in 8 of Navy’s 12 contests, he garnered Honorable Mention All-AAC honors … led Navy in rushing, averaging 63.2 yards per game and 6.0 yards per carry, which ranked 22nd nationally … also caught 16 passes for 97 yards (6.1 yds/catch, 8.1 yds/gm) …

As of now, the top ten ’22 defensive back still has plenty to work on and plenty to prove.
