Jenkins is fully locked in on football and that singular focus could pay off down the line. Still developing physically, Jenkins will need to add weight and improve his top end speed to keep pace with varsity level competition. His commitment to summer workouts and technical improvement is evident. Competing in a deep defensive back room will challenge him, but it should also help sharpen his skill set. Jenkins is more of a long term prospect but with the right development curve, he has the tools to carve out a meaningful role in the future. He’s a name to file away for now as his best football is clearly still ahead of him.
