Expert Analysis
Matt Tate | Prep Redzone Scout
Braddock was on fire throughout the event. He used his rare mixture of size and speed to be headache for opposing defenders all camp long. Braddock has very good release against both off coverage and the press jam. Uses his quick feet to gain the upper hand. Very good separation quickness. Braddock excels at contested catches. He’d propel himself using his jumping and pluck the ball out of the air. Large catch radius. He was a mismatch against the DBs. Good route running. Very good ball tracking and catching. Very good ball adjustment and body control. He can contort his body to make the catch, and keep both feet in on sideline grabs. He’s a must know prospect and showed why during this event.

Braddock emerged as one of the most dominant offensive performers at the event, consistently making plays at the wide receiver position. He utilized his height and body control to high point the football effectively, winning multiple contested catch opportunities in traffic. Braddock displayed soft yet strong hands, securing passes with confidence even in tight coverage. His ability to track the ball and adjust mid-air made him a reliable target throughout the day. Ihe shows more than just his physical tools, it is his competitive approach that sets him apart, as he repeatedly found ways to make plays. Braddock’s performance firmly established him as one of the top receivers to know coming out of the event and should put him on the radar moving forward.

Standing at 6’3, Braddock has the physical tools to become a matchup nightmare on the outside. He uses his length and athleticism to win at the high point, giving quarterbacks a big catch radius and a reliable red zone target. Braddock has shown flashes of dominance and is looking to build off last season’s success with a breakout year. He’s worked to improve his speed and agility, which, paired with his size, makes him a difficult cover for defensive backs. If he continues to develop physically and refines his route running, Braddock has the potential to be one of the top pass catchers in the 2028 class. Coaches and scouts should be watching closely.
