Rise: #41 to #33
AJ was a dominant athlete on the field every Friday night the past years. The starting QB/S for Brookfield Central has shined on the offensive side of the ball in particular. His elite size has made him a battering ram with the ball in his hands, breaking tackles and churning out those tough yards. The senior hasn’t stopped growing either, checking in recently at 230 lbs. The mass hasn’t hindered the versatile athlete. He can hit the open field and take it the distance. The physically dominant senior has proven himself at the high school level and looks like a D1 level recruit. His most recent offer is from the FBS level, Ball State. So I’m excited to see where things go for AJ. Coaches, this is a dynamic athlete with the size, strength, and athleticism to carve out a role on your roster.

AJ is such a special prospect. He is completely selfless, doing whatever his team needed. The senior piled up 1,343 passing yards, 1,118 rushing yards, and scored 24 offensive TDs. He also has plenty of experience under his belt playing s safety in the past as well. AJ has built an elite frame, now 6’4″ 225 lbs and can still destroy a defense with his legs. We are talking both speed to get to the edge and quickness to pick through the front seven. The big man finishes runs like a TE, trying to run over defenders and break tackles. AJ has no hesitation when it comes to doing the dirty work and trying to earn those yards after contact. The senior is so strong too. The way he fought off tackles throughout the season to keep plays alive was so special.
I don’t think his home is necessarily at QB at the next level, but he is a high level talent. The kid is a playmaker and a gamer who finds a way to make positive things happen. This is the type of kid you want to add to your program and use to help build your culture too. I can’t recommend recruiting this kid enough.

Maybe the most versatile athlete in this article is AJ Seymour AJ Seymour 6'4" | 210 lbs | ATH Brookfield Central | 2026 State WI . Checking in at 6’4″ 210 lbs and with an athletic/physical skill set like he has, you could tell me you were recruiting him as a TE, LB, S, or you just wanted to get in on your roster and would figure it out from there. On offense AJ has done really well on the ground. He runs behind his pads, shows some elusiveness, and has a low center of gravity to gain yards after first contact. AJ is even such a natural athlete that while he probably won’t play QB at the next level he has still be able to slice up defenses downfield. On defense the junior shows off a high football IQ. He diagnoses plays quickly and is able to make a big impact with how quickly he can position himself to make a play. Football IQ, size, athleticism, physicality all come together to give AJ and colleges a lot of options in the future.

One of my favorite athletes in the Class of 2026 is Brookfield Central’s AJ Seymour AJ Seymour 6'4" | 210 lbs | ATH Brookfield Central | 2026 State WI . A big reason why is because of his outstanding versatility. AJ plays QB and S for BC and could play S, TE/H-Back, QB, or LB among other positions. He is a Swiss Army knife that can do so many different things at a high level. His combination of athleticism, size, and strength open so many doors for him. AJ has a big arm that can attack the entire field. He runs strong and with balance to gain yards after contact. The game speed is there to be able to fly around the field on the defensive side of the ball too. Plus his has the football IQ to give himself an extra half step thanks to his ability to quickly identify plays. You don’t need a strong imagination to find a way for AJ to fit on your roster. Check him out.

QB1 for Brookfield Central looks poised for a big step in his career this fall. In 2023 the ’26 played in all 10 games at QB and finished with 415 passing yards and 271 rushing yards plus 12 total TDs. The 6’4″ 215 lbs junior is in a great position to beat those numbers. He has a talented OL in front of him to give him time to throw and also open up lanes for him on the ground.
Seymour will be bringing plenty of talent too. He is an imposing dual threat QB. AJ is a raw prospect as a passer. The arm strength is plentiful and the junior makes it look easy throwing darts 30+ yards downfield. Those big plays through the air show the potential within his accuracy. If he can develop his footwork and body mechanics we will see more consistency in accuracy and a lot more production through the air. On the ground AJ transforms into a powerful RB. He runs through arm tackles with ease, has speed to break off the big gainer when he hits green grass, and he won’t hesitate to throw a block after making the pitch. Seymour is a talented prospect, and with the potential for improvement within his game, plus the talent around him, we could see a big year from the junior.

This was the first superlative I wanted to dive into when picking out what traits we were going to identify in this article. When signal caller has the most natural arm strength? Who can drop back and let it rip 40+ yards downfield or fire it into the smallest windows consistently?
AJ Seymour became the obvious answer as we got further and further into his tape. AJ excels in the most physical aspects of the QB position. The ball jumps out of his hand when he really tries to step into one. His deep passes can be delivered on a rope with little air under the ball compared to others in his class. The ball carries that velocity all the way to the receiver too. We don’t see the ball drop or lose velocity on its path. The 6’4″ 215 lbs QB has a big time arm.

Debuting at QB1 for the Class of 2026 is the 6’3″ 205 lbs athlete out of Brookfield Central. AJ is an exciting dual threat prospect. On the ground, AJ has the long speed to be able to break off long runs when he gets outside of contain. When he isn’t in the open field, AJ uses his big body and power to make defenders earn every tackle. Seymour runs hard behind his pads and falls forward. He plays like an extra RB in the run game. Seymour also has a developing arm. He can deliver the ball from the pocket or on the run outside the pocket. Look for a breakout year this fall.
