Way down in southwestern Oklahoma, Augustine might be flying under the radar but he’s going to be a three-year starter when his junior season begins. He’s also a guy that is constantly putting in work in the offseason. He’s been to several of our Showcase events and performs well every time. He’s also training to get better and it has definitely shown. He’s a technician on the offensive line and a prospect who’s best football continues to be ahead of him. Like Loadholt, Augustine projects to being more of an interior offensive lineman because of his size.

Mangum has been one of the more dominant small school teams throughout the 2025 football season. The offense has been lighting up the scoreboard but it starts up front on the line of scrimmage. At that time, he was undersized but the skillset was there and really impressed us in person and on film. The last time we watched Augustine in person, he wasn’t as undersized anymore and as he continues to develop physically, he’s going to be a very fun prospect to watch. We’ll be checking out Augustine and the rest of this Mangum squad in week nine for their big district clash with Thomas.

Sophomore offensive and defensive lineman Aiden Augustine Aiden Augustine 6'1" | 285 lbs | OL/DL Mangum | 2028 State OK is quickly establishing himself as one of the very best prospects at his position in the state’s 2028 class. At this time last year, we were excited about the potential he had going into his freshman season. He would exceed all preseason expectations and he continues to grow physically and when you combine that with his overall skillset, he has the potential to be the best offensive lineman in Class A-2 this season. Defensively, Augustine will also add a valuable piece to the Tiger front seven. But this Mangum offensive line has the potential to be very special and Augustine is a big reason behind that. 

We could not have been more impressed with Mangum’s Aiden Augustine Aiden Augustine 6'1" | 285 lbs | OL/DL Mangum | 2028 State OK when we watched him go to work last month at our showcase camp. Augustine was a 2028 prospect that we knew about after watching him around the same time last year. And he was going to be starting for Mangum as a freshman. But his overall transformation physically in the last 12 months, in addition to his overall skillset made him stand out from the rest of the group. Augustine is going to be a prospect that might be flying under the radar but he shouldn’t. He’s getting the size to be a next level guy and the skillset is already there. He’s going to be a name to remember in the state’s 2028 class for a while.

Mangum offensive lineman Aiden Augustine Aiden Augustine 6'1" | 285 lbs | OL/DL Mangum | 2028 State OK was one of ten players that we featured before the season as a “Freshman To Watch” in 2024. Augustine was an offensive lineman that Mangum’s coaches were excited about as he entered high school and would join the varsity ranks. Augustine has been that instant impact player for the Tigers and has helped them jump out to a 6-0 start and they are one of the top teams in Class A-2. Augustine also happens to be on the short list for the strongest prospect in this class. Some of his weight room numbers are already off the charts and they should only continue to climb from here.
