A’Darien Davis A’Darien Davis 6'2" | 180 lbs | DB Blackman | 2026 State TN is an intriguing prospect with very good length and athleticism to pair with an all-around skillset.

He took a major step forward in his first year at Blackman as a senior and could quickly become a high-impact FCS safety at Chattanooga.

He has great length and athleticism that allows him to cover a lot of space with the ability to finish plays against both the pass and run.

He should be able to be used around the back end of the defense with his size, range, tackling, and coverage ability.

Chattanooga made a huge move to flip him from Mercer on signing day to keep him in-state and he could be the latest defensive back to transfer up from the team due to strong traits and performance.

A’Darien Davis A’Darien Davis 6'2" | 180 lbs | DB Blackman | 2026 State TN is arguably the most intriguing uncommitted prospect in the state for the 2026 cycle, especially after taking in a game of his on Friday night.

He has very good to elite length and that is evident when he makes plays on the ball.

Despite being a longer safety, he is a fluid mover who can close on the ball quickly where he meets the ball carrier with violent tackling force. His length, athleticism, and closing speed allow for him to be effective in zone coverage from the back level.

Davis is the lone uncommitted defensive back among this group and programs won’t have to face the uphill battle of flipping someone, despite the senior safety possessing a very strong set of tools that should have mid major programs searching for targets that have flown under the radar excited.
