Cooper Rother Cooper Rother 5'10" | 180 lbs | ATH Bishop Guilfoyle | 2023 State PA ‘s rank is strictly a reflection of his recruitment, which is questionably slow at the moment. There might not be a better player in his entire district when you put all of his skills into consideration. Just two weeks ago, Rother recieved his first roster spot from Misericordia University. We still believe that Rother carries a D2 ceiling, but another dominant Fall season will sure up any questions recruiters might have of the young man. Rother is far from just a defensive back, there quite literally isn’t a phacet of the game Rother wasn’t involved in. Wild production starts on the ground, where the senior racked up over 1,000 yards on the ground with 11 scores. Add his prowess as a pass-catcher and you have just under 50 recpetions for 661 yards through the air. Rother took home All-Conference honors at RB, WR and DB positions. Enough cannot be said about this young man’s value to the program. I hope more programs pull the trigger sooner rather than later.
