is a good athlete who is a playmaker with the ball in his hands. He played both running back and slot receiver. At both positions, he was a dynamic player with the ball in his hands. At slot receiver, he was used a ton in the run game when he went in motion and got the ball on jet sweeps. In these plays, you see the vision, speed, and athleticism to make defenders miss. Then, as a running back, he shows all those same traits plus patience as he waits for the hole to open up, and he explodes through it. Hewitt is a highly skilled player who is dynamic with the ball in his hands.

He also shows good speed when he gets in the open field, as he can run by defenders. He also shows good ability to catch the ball in the open field and to make defenders miss.
