Curry is another RB projection with production as a rusher, receiver, and even as a DB. He runs on a smaller, cut frame. His foot speed and explosiveness in the short areas are impressive, quickly breaking down defenders and creating yards. He maintains his top gear to help separate and round off his game as a home run threat. Curry is a fun watch and is still flying under the radar this time of year, despite rushing for over 2000 yards this fall.

Curry picked up a lot of accolades from myself and fellow writers back in 2023 after rushing for multiple TDs in several of Washington-Wilkes 1st 6 games. He has since flown under the radar. The 2x All Region RB moved to the QB1 position in ’24 and accounted for 1200 yards with 16 TDs.
What Stands Out: Explosiveness. Curry moved to QB for the needs of his team but projects as a ATH at the next level. Explodes through openings as fast as anyone I’ve seen. He recently picked up an offer from Reinhardt College after his performance at Camp. Hard to ignore his natural athleticism.
Outlook: Breakout Senior coming. WW has a lot of talent returning this Fall and a deep playoff run will get more eyes on Curry.

He has very good vision and a knack for picking out cut-back lanes and then breaking off chunks of yardage. He consistently falls forward in a crowd. His low pad level and a bit of wiggle keep him from absorbing big hits. He keeps his pads low and consistently falls forward. He has the lateral movement and stop-start ability to make defenders whiff. Curry has breakaway speed in the open field.
