Hunter is an exceptional two-way player and athlete. He has good instincts on both sides of the ball and moves well. I still prefer him as a backer at the next level, but offensively, he shows good footwork, does a good job of sitting in the soft spot of a zone coverage and catches the ball well and wastes little movement in getting upfield. Defensively, he uses those traits and movement to be an excellent backer. He is effective in space and dropping back, and does well attacking and getting to the ball carrier. He’ll be playing on Saturdays.

Knighton has good speed and size. He could be a player tasked to have an effect on the passing game and could be a key part as an attacking backer. His instincts and reactionary skills will have him be a key player against Brighton.

Knighton is a two-way player and is an exciting athlete. He is best as a backer, but offensively, he shows good footwork and understands zone coverages and will sit in the vacated area and display his number for his signal caller. As a backer, he has great anticipation and a good first step. He is an active backer who does well in space, will diagnose plays quickly, and will do the dirty work. He has good overall speed and is a player who is just as effective being an on-ball, attacking backer.

Knighton is an athletic playmaker with good size and frame. He has excellent footwork, lateral mobility, and quickness. Knighton is excellent in coverage and showcases good vision, has active hands, and makes plays on the ball with excellent anticipation. Knighton doesn’t get lost in depth when in coverage and showcases excellent reactionary skills. His ability to diagnose plays quickly, which makes him dangerous due to his closing speed. Knighton is a good tackler who easily sheds his blockers. He blends physicality and speed with his anticipation extremely well. Knighton can play any backer position and is a player who should get recruited regionally and get D1 offers.
