Jefferson got off to a rough start this season but has battled back winning 3 of their last four games with 2025 QB Dylan Harich Dylan Harich 6'2" | 175 lbs | QB Jefferson County | 2025 State WV beginning to showcase why we consider him a Top 5 quarterback in this class.
Harich had his breakout game of the year against Hedgesville two weeks ago where he threw for 380 yards and 5 touchdowns. The most intriguing aspect of his game and as a prospect is that Harich still hasn’t gotten close to his potential as a passer. His mechanics can still be tweaked and improved to take his game to a new level but he gets it done in his own style. While he may be more unconventional than some of the other quarterbacks on this list, Harich can make throws from a variety of platforms sometimes out of necessity and other times as a result of his mechanics. Harich is still oftentimes able to put the ball where he wants it and could make a college program very happy if they’re willing to be patient and spend the time developing him.

An underrated quarterback in the 2025 class in our eyes is Jefferson’s Dylan Harich Dylan Harich 6'2" | 175 lbs | QB Jefferson County | 2025 State WV . His recruiting has seemingly been quieter than it should be based on his social media activity, but Harich should open some eyes as a senior after producing a strong junior campaign. In 2023, Harich threw for 1,800 yards and 16 touchdowns to just 4 interceptions and is an athletic quarterback who also rushed for 400 yards and 6 more scores. Harich has a 6’2 frame that can be further developed to maximize his athletic potential and more ability to absorb contact as a potential dual-threat quarterback. He’s a bit unpolished as a passer mechanically but that should be intriguing for colleges as he still produces at a high level and is a natural playmaker at the position. Harich extends plays well and is comfortable working within the pocket when it breaks down and can make a play with his legs or arm when scrambling out of it.
Harich has the arm talent to develop into a D2-level quarterback in time with clear potential and upside for the position.
