Highlights
Kollock’s continued to put his name on the radar during the offseason circuit after earning CIF-Southern Section OPOY honors in Div. 9. He was extremely productive in his first year as starter, finishing with over 2,200 yards and 32 TDs to only 3 INTs. He’s a strong-arm QB with good size (6’4”/220), can extend the pocket and make plays on the run, and shows advanced feel for the game. Kollock picked up an offer from UNLV in January.
Highlights
Patterson’s a true dual-threat QB that posted 1800 yards/15 TDs/4 INTs as a passer and 951 yards and 20 TDs on the ground. He’s bouncy on his feet from the pocket, gets the ball out with a quick release, and can put the ball in spots outside the hash. He’s patient processing his reads and doesn’t appear over-eager to tuck-and-run. He’s a plus-side athlete that flashes elusiveness and field vision in space. Patterson checks in as the #21 QB in CA’s 2025 class and one of the top dual-threat options in his class.
Calvin figures to be stepping into the QB1 role for Mayfair after spending time backing up standout 2023 QB Evan Tomich Evan Tomich 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Mayfair | 2023 State CA . He has an athletic build with plenty of room to grow and fill out. He has a smooth, fluid motion and showed accuracy and composure from the pocket in limited action last season. Calvin possesses the early make-up and skill set to be the next D-I QB prospect for Mayfair.
Highlights
Holley’s a talented dual-threat playmaker for a young Redlands East Valley team. He’s a dangerous runner that led his team in rushing with over 600 yards and 5 TDs on 98 carries. He’s a natural athlete in space with twitchy change-of-direction and great lateral agility. He tends to heave with his body on film as a passer but should benefit from cleaning up his mechanics and continued physical development. Holley also competes in track and baseball.
Highlights
O’Byrne was the starter by the end of the season after transferring to Tesoro from Santa Margarita. He has high-level fundamentals and feel for the pocket at this early stage of his development. He can zip it into tight windows over the middle and shows accuracy in the short-intermediate area. An area of focus for O’Byrne heading into his junior season should be limiting turnovers and making smart decisions with the football.
