Continue ReadingCamp Hill over the year has produced a multitude of high quality football talent and Branstetter could be in that line. He’s coming off a strong first season of starting completing 177-of-291 passing attempts (60.8%) for 2,040 yards and 19 touchdowns to just five interceptions over the course of the season. Good height at 6-foot-0, needs to add bit of weight, however. Athletic quarterback who can extend plays. Also a strong baseball player who has a 7.5 grade from Perfect Game, representing a prospect who has high end college potential with the ability to one day be a potential MLB Draft pick. Plenty of room for him to grow but if he wants to play football at the next level, he does have the ability to do so.
An undersized running back at 5-foot-7 and 155-pounds but is a productive one. For Line Mountain, he carried the rock 187 times over 11 games to the tune of 1,219 yards and 15 touchdowns. Averaged 6.5 yards per carry which is good considering his size disadvantage. Can also be a threat in the passing game with 16 receptions for 170 yards and one touchdown. Has a good burst to his game with strong vision as well, being able to identify holes quickly.
2025 RB Donald Barksdale Donald Barksdale 5'9" | 155 lbs | ATH Steel Valley | 2025 State PA (Steel Valley)
Another bit of an undersized running back and only had 86 carries this past season but made the most of his time on the field with 927 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns. While on the smaller size, he is built rather well, allowing him to muscles his way through some would be tacklers, makes up for lack of size with good vision and great speed.
Very productive wide receiver for Richland en route to a Laurel-Highlands conference title this year. Recorded 42 receptions for 879 yards and 11 touchdowns. Works well as an inside receiver, doesn’t necessarily have the speed you’d look for in a smaller player but still has considerable speed with a 4.6 forty-yard dash. Strong hands and great hand-eye coordination. Quality route runner with the ability to gain separation with his technique. Good open field speed as well.
2025 OL Kenny Hampe Kenny Hampe 6'3" | 295 lbs | OL Muncy | 2025 State PA (Muncy)
Very good size already at 6-foot-3 and 295-pounds, projects well to a guard at the next level depending on the level he ends up at. Good athleticism for his size, shows the ability to pull on multiple running plays, has the tenacity and mean streak you look for in an offensive lineman. Finishes his blocks. Very good foundation for the Muncy offensive lineman.
2025 QB Jase Ferguson (Clarion-Limestone)
As a second-year starter for Clarion-Limestone, Ferguson saw improvements in several areas. His accuracy and decision making still needs improvement but he completed 56.2% of all passing attempts this past year for 2,727 yards and 33 touchdowns but did throw 15 interceptions. His overall quarterback rating, however was over 110, a huge increase from his 85.8 a year ago. Could not find measurables on Ferguson but overall, if he can limit those turnovers there is a great bit of upside here.
2026 QB Matt Sieg Matt Sieg 6'0" | 185 lbs | ATH Fort Cherry | 2026 State PA (Fort Cherry) –
Seig already has quality size at 6-foot-1 and 170-pounds. Great athlete, plays both center field and short stop in baseball as well. 10.92 100m dash which would equate to about a 4.5-4.6 forty-yard dash. Shows those dual-threat abilities on the field as well, completed 57.3% of his passes this year for 1,138 yards and 11 touchdowns. Also had 1,952 yards and 32 touchdowns on the ground over 183 carries. A jack of all trades, he also returned one punt for a touchdown as well for Fort Cherry.
2026 QB Dante Carr Dante Carr 6'4" | 200 lbs | QB Minersville | 2026 State PA (Minersville)
We’ve talked about Carr a few times this offseason already, one of the best built freshman quarterbacks we’ve seen in a long time at 6-foot-4, 200-pounds. Shows a strong arm as well, threw for 1,1,73 yards this past season and 14 touchdowns. Will need to improve his accuracy.
2026 RB Messiahfdc df Mickens Messiahfdc df Mickens 5'11" | 185 lbs | ATH PA (Trinity) –
He’s our top ranked player in the class of 2026 so we couldn’t not put him on this list. He’s not only one of the best running backs in the state of Pennsylvania but in the entire country for the 2026 recruiting class. Already holds multiple Power Five offers. Great build, great speed, tough runner. He’s a complete running back. Recorded 961 yards and 18 touchdowns over 123 carries this past season.
2026 WR Samir Crosby Samir Crosby 5'10" | 170 lbs | ATH Greensburg Central Catholic | 2026 State PA (Greensburg Central Catholic) –
Good height already at 5-foot-10 and was a very good wide receiver for Greensburg Central Catholic as a freshman. Recorded 27 receptions for 464 yards and five touchdowns. Power Five upside with an offer from UNLV already. Great upside here thanks to his frame, strong hands, and athleticism.
