Nikko Morris Nikko Morris 5'8" | 165 lbs | ATH Fairhaven | 2024 State New E   Morris was consistent as he usually is at showcases.  Displayed flashing athleticism through out the 2 day camp. Never complains and just keeps working hard.

Nikko Morris Nikko Morris 5'8" | 165 lbs | ATH Fairhaven | 2024 State New E    (7v7 program-NOS ELITE) Played with flashing quickness and motor through out the tournament.  His soft hands, speed and desire to compete was on full display.  Morris is a athlete that can play on both sides of the ball.  He will fight the size issue during his recruitment, but his overall athletic ability is something many Coaches will want to explore.  He is a projected D2-3 recruit that will be known by many after his 2023 season.

A shame I didn’t give this young man top performer honors at the very least. The top overall route runner at this event, that honor goes to Nikko Morris Nikko Morris 5'8" | 165 lbs | ATH Fairhaven | 2024 State New E . I have a hard time believing there are 75 wideouts better than this kid out of Fairhaven HS. His ranking needs a drastic boost, he’ll see that boost come next update. Although I preach that Morris could have earned top performer honors easily, he also could have easily performed better at this camp. There’s no doubt in my mind he had all the potential in the world to come away with MVP. A drop here or there, took him out of the race when Garrity was lights out. That’s okay, these honors are trivial. What I came away with is much more important, the notion that Morris could be a top 30 wideout in his class at the very least. Over anything, we want kids to impress me so that I can talk them up to coaches I know throughout the state. Morris did the job, excited to watch him going forward. If he’s at your camp, he’s a candidate to impress.

Nikko Morris Nikko Morris 5'8" | 165 lbs | ATH Fairhaven | 2024 State New E    He first caught my eye in a 7v7 live scrimmage just weeks ago.  His film confirmed what I saw, and also impressed me even more.  He has a leadership type character combined with talent to take over a game.  He maybe only 5’8″, but plays like he is 6’0″ with plenty of confidence and athleticism.  He is twitchy, quick, fast, and brings good flexibility and athletic cooridnation that stands out easily.

Nikko Morris Nikko Morris 5'8" | 165 lbs | ATH Fairhaven | 2024 State New E    I was told he played QB for his high school last year as he was one of the best athletes on his team.  Although being 5’8″ in height, it appears the Qb position isn’t where he will likely be recruited.  He did show he could easily transition to wide receiver or slot.

He lined up at wide receiver and displayed reliable hands while running excellent routs to find the opening. He definitely has open field vision and can find running lanes after the catch. He can plant a foot in the ground and change direction instantly without losing speed to make defenders miss. He will battle the size issue but, his overall athleticism helps overcome any concerns.  In speaking with some coaches, he can also be a productive running back.
