Castro performed at wideout for the duration of the camp, showing off just how smoothly he transitions in and out of his cuts. Ranked as an ATH, Castro is equally an impressive DB as he is a WR, his sophomore tape out of Lynn English proves it. I had an up-close look at Castro, his build is that of a running back, yet you can see the balance and control he has over his body in open space. Would’ve loved to see him at DB. Castro placed as a top-performing wideout.

Another wideout who earned “Top Performer” honors after an impressive three-hour showing. Ranked modestly, given a blessing by Coach Silva who has seen him perform at several local 7v7s. Cameron Evora Cameron Evora 6’1″ | 170 lbs | WR East Providence H.S. RI. | 2024 State New E showed why he’s deserving of an even higher ranking despite little to no tape on Hudl. Great overall stride, phenomenal during 1-on-1s. Strong hands kept the impressive cast of DBs from doing much at the catch point, vice grips downfield. Optioned to test DBs deep more times than not, he wanted to show off his gait. Impressive stacking ability after getting behind DBs when attacking vertically. Evora’s 1v1 reps won me over after a quiet Indi session.
Here are two freshman wideouts I’m excited to get ranked this month! I had been in the dark about these two young men out of Dartmouth HS in Massachusetts, although the last name certainly rang a bell. In all honesty, I don’t expect much from freshmen at camps like these. More time than not, this is a completely new experience for freshmen, especially when working through combine/testing drills.
I could tell almost immediately that these two young men were well-seasoned for settings like this one. It very well could have been their first real camp, I sure as hell couldn’t tell. Each twin focused, paying a great deal of attention during Indi’s, a session that landed on the learning end of the coaching spectrum.
Quisston Silva Quisston Silva 5'7" | 110 lbs | ATH Dartmouth H.S. Ma. | 2026 New E , the slightly taller Silva, was arguably the best route runner at the event. Incredible burst off the LOS, out of his cuts as well. Again, no wide-eyed reps out of this kid. Loved his work all around the field. Excited to see what his ceiling could be after he puts some weight on in the weight room. Twitch that was on par with the best of the group, Quisston caught inaccurate balls consistently. I always gauge wideouts on what they can do without a pretty ball thrown their way. Quisston flexed the ability to be ready for throws all around his body.
Tahj Silva Tahj Silva ATH Dartmouth H.S. Ma. | 2026 New E is going to be an underneath eater for years to come. Not to short-change the young man, he’s got some speed to burn down the sidelines. That being said, I was enamored with his ability to move and be aware of passing lanes in the short/intermediate areas of the field. Working slants, he was balanced out of the break, head up, and ready to reel in balls thrown his way. Same goes for out routes, square-ins, drags. Tahj has a ways to go in terms of build, yet there’s no denying his overt athleticism.
The MVP of the group. Again, I have to stress how unlikely it is for a freshman to come away with top-performer honors, let alone earn MVP honors. Caleb Garrity Caleb Garrity 6’1″ | 175 lbs | WR Catholic Memorial | 2026 State New E did just that. The Catholic Memorial freshman WR put on a clinic in front of upperclassmen, proving that he had the skill set beyond those ahead of him in years. Smooth like butter when transitioning out of breaks. Eats up cushion with a purpose, great overall build that allows for explosion and physicality. Garrity came down with many of the more impressive catches seen at the camp. Outstanding body control downfield, great hand-eye coordination. I saw the traits of a well-seasoned wideout, not those of an inexperienced freshman. Stacking, stemming, brains to use leverage to his advantage, even fading towards the end of his route towards the sideline while continuing to track the football. This camp was a breeze, very excited to rank him this month when we debut our 2026 rankings update.

A shame I didn’t give this young man top performer honors at the very least. The top overall route runner at this event, that honor goes to Nikko Morris Nikko Morris 5’8″ | 165 lbs | ATH Fairhaven H.S. Ma. | 2024 State New E . I have a hard time believing there are 75 wideouts better than this kid out of Fairhaven HS. His ranking needs a drastic boost, he’ll see that boost come next update. Although I preach that Morris could have earned top performer honors easily, he also could have easily performed better at this camp. There’s no doubt in my mind he had all the potential in the world to come away with MVP. A drop here or there, took him out of the race when Garrity was lights out. That’s okay, these honors are trivial. What I came away with is much more important, the notion that Morris could be a top 30 wideout in his class at the very least. Over anything, we want kids to impress me so that I can talk them up to coaches I know throughout the state. Morris did the job, excited to watch him going forward. If he’s at your camp, he’s a candidate to impress.

Armani Reid Armani Reid 5’10” | 160 lbs | ATH East Coast Prep | 2025 New E is in a similar boat as Nikko Morris Nikko Morris 5’8″ | 165 lbs | ATH Fairhaven H.S. Ma. | 2024 State New E . If you eliminate Morris and Garrity, I’d probably give top route runner to Armani Reid Armani Reid 5’10” | 160 lbs | ATH East Coast Prep | 2025 New E . Incredible change of direction ability, impressive burst, and quickness in short areas, Armani Reid Armani Reid 5’10” | 160 lbs | ATH East Coast Prep | 2025 New E exemplified what you want out of your speedy, slot pass-catcher. For West Haven, Reid does a lot more than catch passes, which is why we have him ranked at ATH instead of WR. Expect a small boost in rank next update.

Here’s a talented freshman LB/TE prospect out of Masconomet HS in Middleton Massachusetts. A legitimate 6’4, running a sub 5.0 40 as a freshman had me excited for his future. His work in Indi and 1v1 drills left me even more excited. He had a real chance at top performer honors for a while despite him missing the cut. That’s not important, what’s important is cutting on his tape and providing a real rank that exemplifies his skill set correctly. Excited to do that. Smooth operator in space, can’t say that about every 6’4 freshman TE prospect. This young man could blossom into a highly ranked prospect in no time. Magnifico might be scratching the surface of his potential.
