This past season McNeil was the player of the year in the Catholic B division in Buffalo and has won both freshman and player of the year in rugby. McNeil is a very physical runner and his ability to bounce of tackles while maintaining speed and his explosiveness is special. McNeil does a great job of using his physical upper body and stiff-arm to keep defenders away from his hips and does a great job of using only one or two cuts to get upfield. McNeil is also really good linung up as a receiver on the outside or in the slot where he can be a threat to create yards after the catch in open space.
