Giancarlo has a ton of great effort and instinctual play on both sides of the ball. His biggest flaw at this moment is that he’s undersized, but that should be solved with experience and age. Offensively, he’s tough to bring down as a runner and fights for extra yards. As a defensive back, he flies to the football, does an excellent job at stopping the run, and has shown flashes in pass defense. He has a great example of how to become an elite prospect with his brother Marcello, so I am confident that Giancarlo will develop well. I’m not sure if he has that tier-1 Power 5 talent, but that’s perfectly okay. Whatever happens, I am confident he’s going to be an excellent high school football player.

Giancarlo is a rare breed who can get the job done on the football field, basketball court, or lacrosse field. With him being such a dynamic athlete, it is no surprise that he can cause problems for defenses when he is coming out of the backfield, or lined up as a wideout. Giancarlo is truly a human swiss-army knife who can make plays anywhere on the field. If he continues on this path of success, it won’t be long until he stacks up some big time offers like his older brother,

-Dynamic athlete that can be moved around to make it a long day for an opposing defense. Equally as tough to stop taking hand off’s as he is split out wide, or running routes
