Continue ReadingPatrick was under fire all night from the Glenbrook South defensive front all night, but time and time again, he extended plays from his feet. This young man had his wheels moving all night, escaping out of the pocket, and was still able to sling the ball downfield as was the case to round out the first half with a pass to his big receiver, Miles Cremascoli Miles Cremascoli 6’3″ | 205 lbs | ATH New Trier | 2024 State IL . Patrick had a couple of passes that went for interceptions, but he never let that affect his game and his confidence in his arm as he would come out and still throw the deep ball without hesitation. It was very apparent that this young man wanted to win, and I think he will have a lot of those W’s on his record as his career progresses
Highlights
Charlie Gottfred
Charlie Gottfred
Charlie embodies the work ethic of a Yak, as this young man was all over the field making plays on both sides of the ball. Charlie and his backer counterpart carry a large part of the Titan offenses workload. This young man was a bully all night, running tough between the tackles and wearing the Trevian defense down. It made no difference if the Trevian defense knew the Titan’s offensive play; if Charlie Gottfred was carrying the ball, the Titans were getting a good chunk of yardage. In addition to his great offensive play, Charlie was stout on the defensive side of the ball, even getting an interception as the Trevians were pushing deep into the Redzone. It was a touchdown-saving interception that was one for the ages. This young man is a beast on the field, and I look forward to seeing where his athletic career takes him in the future.

Glenbrook South – Offensive Line / Charlie Gottfred / Hank Leahy
Miles was a baller for New Trier all night on both sides of the ball. I can’t remember many plays where Miles was not on the field. Miles was able to perform as a lockdown corner for the Trevian defense and then switch sides to being a big vertical target for his quarterback, Patrick Heneghan Patrick Heneghan 5’11” | 200 lbs | QB New Trier | 2025 State IL , on the offensive side of the ball. This young man is a worker on the field who shows heart in his play because of how he was playing until the whistle was blown on every play.

Hank Leahy
Hank Leahy
Hank was the other side of the 1-2 punch the Titans had in their running back duo. Hank is another hard-nosed running back that has the ability to stretch the ball wide and catch the defensive ends playing too far inside. This young man opened the game by pounding the ball down the field for the Titans on a drive that took up just over nine minutes of the first quarter, and like his counterpart, Charlie Gottfred, Hank was constantly gaining yards on his runs. Alongside his phenomenal offensive play, Hank was also seen making plays on the defensive side of the ball for the Titans. Hank is a great player who is bound to continue making plays for the titans as they make their push into the postseason.
