Zollers suiting up behind center for a senior campaign will likely draw eyes from around the northeastern seaboard. Zollers was and still is worth the trip out. Zollers has made the well-deserved climb into the highest tier possible, ranking as the state’s best QB prospect, with just one prospect (

Zollers will lead a group filled to the brim with promise, many of which deserve their own time in the limelight. I do wonder if Zollers can take his game to another level, I’m unsure if there’s a level above where he’s sitting currently, but can SF, led by the Mizzou commit, reach a 6A title? Let’s take a look at the supporting cast behind Zollers.

Zollers was inconsistent in the Pro Day workout but was very good in the Accuracy Challenge with a score of 50.

Hard to articulate the meteoric rise Spring-Ford’s QB has been on in recent months. He’s no longer a PA hidden gem, he isn’t sleeping on anyone moving forward. Zollers, thanks to several SEC and Big10 endorsements, now stands clear as the state’s top passer regardless of class. Zollers was already in that conversation before the Florida and Georgia offers began to roll in, those who keep up with my pieces understand I keep Zollers in high regard, I now have the ammunition to justify moving him above the likes of

. 6’4, 205, a real threat with his legs, you should read this and understand the upside Zollers holds over the smaller and less athletic prospects beneath him. Was just a matter of Zollers proving it on the turf this past Fall. He did that and more. Zollers holds the crown, I’m in the know of how current suitors are maneuvering/posturing to potentially pull a commitment out of the stud QB. Trust me, this kid is as hot a commodity as anyone in the Northeast region of the country.

Zollers went from a known prospect in the Pennsylvania circles to one of the top quarterbacks in the country this past season. He now holds offers from Old Dominion, Penn State, Pittsburgh, South Florida, Syracuse, Temple, and Virginia Tech.
The 6-foot-3 Zollers is a tremendous athlete and while he may not be as polished as some quarterbacks, his ceiling is among the highest when it comes to quarterbacks within the state. Zollers is a great improvisional quarterback thanks tohis dual-threat abilities. He can keep the ball and run for a first down and more but is also more than comfortable staying in the pocket and launching hte ball down the field. He shows great arm strength and accuracy to all levels, he also is quite impressive when it comes to throwing the ball on the run. He’s going to end up at a very good G5 program or Power Five program.

One of the better QB performances I’ve seen all year top to bottom. Zollers against the Methacton defense drew a couple of local collegiate programs, I’d say any matchup Zollers is involved in should draw some interest. Zollers was as advertised, if not better. I was enamored with his play inside the red zone, 15 yards before the goal-line. Zollers’ feet, his ability to scan while keeping his feet married to his eyes, his knowledge of where his reads should be with each passing breath in the pocket. Exemplaray work. Accuracy with power behind his throws. Saw him flick a 40-yard bomb where only his man could come down with the football. Got a glimpse of his duality, took a QB keeper off a zone-read that went 50+ yards. Zollers is already highly touted on our site, he’s going to see a bump again after seeing him work in person.

Zollers is someone we’ve been talking about for quite a bit as a prospect who has been emerging. His recruitment has taken off and he’s recently received an offer from Penn State. The lights did not appear to be too bright for the 2025 signal caller who was 14-for-21 in the game for 261 yards and four touchdowns. He also had 13 yards on three carries in the win.
The 6-foot-4 quarteback has been tremendous as a junior for the Rams, throwing for over 2,500 yarsd and 32 touchdowns while throwing just a pair of interceptions.

HUDLSTATS: 116-of-174, 1,907 Yards, 24 TD, 0 INT
The Spring-Ford quarterback is someone that I’ve heard a lot of positivity around lately, and it’s easy to understand why. Zollers has prototypical quarterback size at 6-foot-4 and 205-pounds. By the time he sees the field at the collegiate level, Zollers will likely be pushing the 230-pound mark. Zollers is having a terrific junior season for Spring-Ford and has picked up offers from Old Dominion and Pittsburgh over the last several months. Other programs including Penn State are watching him closely as well.
When turning on the Zollers tape, it’s easy to see why he’s become a name to know at the FBS level. Not only does he have the prototypical size for a quarterback, but he has the entire skillet. He’s a very good athlete and an improviser at that. He’s not the type of quarterback who panics when things are going wrong, very intelligent player from before the snap until the play is over.
Has good mechanics and food work, an effortless arm as well who has the capability to throw dimes well down the field of 40-50 yards. Shows superb accuracy at all levels of the field and puts a ton of zip on the ball. It comes out of his hand like a rocket which when combined with his accuracy is a deadly combination. Rarely makes poor decisions which is emphasized by his zero interceptions so far this season. Throws passes with good anticipation and leads his wide receivers without putting them in dangerous situations.
There’s a very good chance he moves up inside our top-30, 25 prospects in the 2025 recruiting cycle.

, has been up for grabs for some time, with Sping-Ford’s QB garnering consideration each ranking update. Through the first three weeks of the season, Zollers is forcing our hand, not only to potentially raise his rank this offseason but to recognize what he brings to the table. Rankings are at the bottom of the totem poll in terms of importance, what’s important is showcasing how Zollers has been carving up defenses left and right.
First-three production, two out of three games with 300 yards passing, two out of three games accounting for 6+ TDs. Ridiculous start for a kid FBS teams already have on radar. Cutting on the 2023 tape, you’ll see a confident passer with an idea of what he wants to do with the football pre-snap. There’s conviction and decisiveness behind each throw, this is what great coaching of a playbook/system can produce. The young man looks locked in, fully aware of all things around in, pre-snap, post-snap, in the pocket, defensive alignment, etc. I will say, the SF OL, coaching staff, as well as the weapons deployed have played their part, Zollers can’t produce this way without all areas clicking. I’ve often mentioned how impressed I am with Zollers’ ability to create with his legs, either passing lanes or rushing yards. My first impression has become a lasting one watching him run against Miff, Judge, and CV. Didn’t think I’d be saying this, but he’s in the dual-threat QB group, the same group Lee and Smith sit in currently. Old Dominion has pulled the trigger on Zollers, expect more FBS programs to follow suit sooner rather than later.

has been praised on this site long before his first Group of Five offer. Here’s my evaluation on the Spring-Ford passer dating back to last February.
Matt Zollers
Matt Zollers 6'4" | 205 lbs | QB Spring-Ford | 2025 State PA ‘ build immediately grabs your attention. 6’3 and just under 200 pounds, Zollers also boasts one of the better pre-throw packages in this class. Absolutely clean feet and drop after the snap. Great eye discipline after receiving snap, great pre-throw arm angles that ensure little to no sway before bringing the ball up to his shoulder. Zollers is a step ahead of the curve mechanically and it shows once the ball is released. Outstanding deep ball accuracy and a ton of velocity without much wasted motion. Zollers’ release is efficient, much of his attention to detail pre-throw is why this young man is so successful on the field. I hope D1 programs begin to catch on to how this kid is developing. The tape isn’t too lengthy, I’m hoping to see a full Fall season of Spring-Ford’s quarterback dominating competition.
Since, Zollers has elevated inside the top five, while also securing an offer out of Old Dominion. The likes of Bowling Green, Temple, and UNC Charlotte, should all be in on Zollers, as well as every local FCS program. We know how different things are for quarterbacks on the recruiting trail, it’s tough to get noticed. I have a feeling Zollers won’t be needing much help from guys like me moving forward.

Another quarterback with very nice size, Zollers reported 6-foot-4 frame looks fairly accurate. It was once agian the first time I was seeing Zollers in person and came away impressed as well. The ball came out of his hand with a bit of a zip and showed solid accuracy throughout the day as well.
