Foreman is the top recruit in the nation on 247Sports and Rivals and is the third ranked prospect according to ESPN.
The list included six traditional power programs and one surprise, Howard.
Foreman’s list includes: Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Howard, LSU, Oregon and USC.
He has taken official visits to all of those schools with the exception of LSU and Howard. Foreman committed to Clemson but opened his recruitment back up in April but is still considering the Tigers.
Howard was the surprise team Foreman announced and has been in the news this week for landing top basketball recruit Makur Maker.
Foreman tweeted, “I am a young black man that is happy and proud of my race. The Black Lives Matter movement is and forever will be powerful and definitely never forgotten.” Howard may be a long shot to land Foreman but expect Foreman to at least take an official visit there.

Georgia was the runner up for Foreman when he committed to Clemson and is still high on his list. LSU is making a strong push and Ed Orgeron is reportedly personally recruiting him.
According to Greg Biggins of 247Sports, USC is the front runner to land Foreman but he may want to see how successful the Trojans are this season before committing.
Foreman reportedly wants to go to whichever school will develop him and prepare him the most for a NFL career.
