His athleticism allows him to cover a wide range of the field, but he can predict, read, and react to what the offense is trying to do through the air, making him a dangerous opponent beat. He has a versatile set of skills that give him the capabilities to be a lockdown cornerback, making him a potential candidate for a nickel corner position. Thome has garnered some attention from a few collegiate programs, but he is a sleeper who has yet to receive his first offer.
