He caught two touchdown passes, including one where he pulled off a hesitation spin move in the back of the end zone before his QB, [player_tooltip player_id='2091044' first='Foxx' last='Coons'], dropped it in the breadbasket. The other was on a reception made in double coverage; he caught the ball and bullied his way into the end zone. The 6'2" senior uses every bit of his length to help his agility and long strides when he's running deep routes. However, the Louisville commit will likely play defense at the next level and seems to be getting more looks there. Tomlin flew around the field all night against Collins' spread offense. He flushed their QB out of the pocket several times and recorded a tackle for loss and a big hit that forced an incompletion. Whether he played man or zone coverage, Tomlin stayed disciplined and, even when he gave up a pass, made sure to lay into the ball carrier. Hodge caught two straight receptions for 36 yards, with the latter going for a TD, putting Woodford in position to take back control of the matchup. Goodin is a potent runner, especially in empty sets, with five wide receivers to spread the defense. He has the arm strength, spin on the ball, and mechanics to back it up. He has incredible poise in the pocket and is comfortable looking downfield for an open receiver with pressure around him.
