2027 Offseason Notebook: QB's With New Offers II

The 2027 Re-Ranks will be coming in just over a week. There will be over 600 Players that find themselves ranked in the newest edition of the Rankings. The talented WNY QB stands at 6'3" 205-Pounds showcasing an elite frame for a QB. He holds offers from West Alabama, and Rochester. </li> </ul>   Martis holds a strong arm, and he can easily launch the ball downfield. He is an elite talent behind the LOS, and the Williamsville East prospect stands tall in the pocket, showcasing confidence and the ability to navigate and make throws through contact. I like his touch on the ball, and he puts his throws on the money. His poise is excellent and he keeps calm through plays and moves through his progressions well. He can use his legs to escape pressure, and is a solid athlete beyond the LOS.     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Morris led the talented Saratoga Springs offense to an elite season, falling just short of a AA championship. The Section Two Signal Caller, recently picked up his first offer from Dennison. As a QB, he showcases a solid frame at 5'11" 185-Pounds, and has room to grow, and fill out his frame as he continues through High School. </li> </ul>   Morris is a talented signal caller, who uses his IQ to his advantage. I like his ability to see plays develop, and he showcases an elite ability with his legs. He is a tough to tackle playmaker and exiting the pocket typically means a big time run. He has a strong arm as well, and can launch the ball into tight windows and deep downfield trusting his receivers in 50/50 plays and putting the ball in the perfect position for his guys to make plays on the ball. He has solid mechanics and footwork and they allow him to get the ball out quickly and accurately at all three levels. Morris is a talented signal caller up in Section Two.     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Heading back up North to the WNY region again we take a look at [player_tooltip player_id='1393792' first='Matt' last='Kosiorek']. The Hilton QB, has flown under the radar recently, but is an elite talent who standing at 6'2" 185-Pounds, has a strong frame for a prospect, and can look to fill out his frame moving forward. He holds one offer from St. John Fisher College. </li> </ul>   Kosiorek is a pure gunslinger, and he can make some impressive throws look easy. I like the pure arm talent we see from him, and he easily deserves more attention. He keeps the pocket clean, and moves well, showcasing good presence and his awareness of his surroundings. He stands tall in the pocket and can take hits while delivering throws. His arm talent is impressive as well, and he can hit all three levels of the field. Kosiorek loves deep and mid-range throws, which allow him to dust the defense and deliver strong throws for big gains. A surgical QB, who has elite talent is the best way to describe Kosiorek.     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Moving up the list but staying in Upstate New York, we take a look at [player_tooltip player_id='741197' first='Brody' last='Flaitz']. The Hornell prospect stands at 6'2' 190-Pounds, and has a solid frame for a QB prospect. He can look to add more muscle to fill out his frame moving forward. Flaitz is another prospect who picked up multiple offers, with Wagner and Edinboro extending an offer to him. </li> </ul>   Flaitz is a true athlete, and he uses his legs, arm and IQ to create plays for his squad in order to win games. I like his ability to navigate through the pocket and he shows good footwork and vision downfield seeing and reading the defense. He understands spots and the best ways to get the ball to his playmakers, throwing guys open with his pinpoint accuracy and strong arm. Flaitz showcases the ability to move downfield with his play style and he can even use his legs to escape the pocket and create big time plays. His IQ, sets him apart, and his utilization of it makes him a true threat at the QB position.     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>The Newburgh Free Academy signal caller is last on out board. He is a talented Section Nine Prospect who dominated at our Winter Showcase in 2025. standing at 6'1" 190-Pounds, he has a good frame for a QB, but can afford to add more weight to fill out his frame. He is a player who easily should have multiple offers, but he recently picked up his first from Pace.</li> </ul>   Barnwell is a true dual-threat QB, who has good speed and legs. He is a creator and works best outside the pocket, where he can launch the ball, or escape for a massive gain. I like what he brings to the table with his mechanics, as the ball releases purely and efficiently. His strength and accuracy are good as well, as he can carve through defenses and throw players open with anticipation, while hitting all three levels of the field. He is a highly intelligent prospect who utilizes his understanding of defenses to his advantage down the field.
