About Kayden

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play with confidence and energy. I trust my instincts, play fast, and stay around the ball. I take pride in doing the small things right and making plays that help my team, whether they show up on the stat sheet or not.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m competitive, but I’m also level-headed. I don’t let one bad play affect the next one. I like being challenged because I know that’s how I can improve, and I’m always looking for ways to get better everyday 1% instead of settling for where I am.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Instead of joining clubs, I spend a lot of my free time working for my grandfather’s landscaping business. Working outdoors has taught me discipline, consistency, and how to earn trust by showing up and getting the job done, even when it’s hot or the work is tough. I think those lessons have helped me become a better teammate and football player.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Football has taught me how to earn trust instead of expecting it. I lead by being consistent, communicating with my teammates, and holding myself to the same standard I expect from everyone else.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Every season i’ve had my ups and downs. But during junior season and this offseason I’ve learned how to stay patient, keep working, and focus on what I can control. Those experiences have helped me become more mature, disciplined, and mentally tough.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a program where relationships matter, competition brings out the best in everyone, and players are expected to grow on and off the field. I want to earn everything I get and be part of a team that’s building something special.
