Eli Sisson Eli Sisson 6'4" | 230 lbs | TE Collierville | 2024 State TN is one of the top tight ends in the state at 6-foot-4, 225 pounds out of Collierville High School and is an extremely versatile play maker. When blocking, he is great on the move, taking excellent angles to the point of attack with very good hand usage to sustain and drive. Very smooth route runner, Sisson is good at setting up defenders with pace variation and attacking of leverage. He can lineup tight, off ball TE and in the slot and is an amazing athlete from all spots. Great body control and awareness, he makes big plays in the red zone. Overall, excels down the seam with very good ball skills to attack the ball with nice body control in air.

Good blocker who bends at the knees, plays from a sufficiently wide base and shows some power in his hands to turn defenders out of the hole. Able to come in motion pre-snap and crack defenders in the hole or climb up to the second level and engage. Has enough short-area quickness to handle gap shooters. Keeps his feet moving after contact and works hard to sustain blocks through the whistle; grip strength is above average. Shows a solid anchor when retained in pass protection, although he’s typically running routes. Has a reliable pair of hands and flashes the ability to snatch the ball away from his frame. Shows body control and the ability to high-point throws.

Coming out of the city of Memphis, Sisson is not only one of the best tight ends in the state but one of the best overall prospects from the West Tennessee region. Sporting nice size with a frame that can take on more weight, Sisson is a technique sound football player that does just about everything right, including the willingness to block on the line. The Dragons senior offensive talent can flex out into the slot and become a mismatch problem for opposing defenders as Sisson knows how to get open and use his size to break away. Many D1 schools have offered but those Power Five programs have been elusive, however Sisson is squarely on their radar and might soon break through that ceiling.
