Carter is a defensive lineman who has a good frame and can work inside or out. He does a good job of using his strength to create pressure and he shows quick hands and what he brings to the table doesn’t always translate to the box stats but he routinely creates havoc for his opposing lineman and causing double teams and chips to bring extra attention and he frees up his teammates by doing so. He has quick hands and feet, shows good instincts and does well creating pressure and is excellent in run defense. He’s an underrated defensive lineman in recruiting.

Carter is having a fantastic season and the nearly 40 spot jump in ranking reflects that. He is a disruptor and a key part of the defensive front for Skyridge. He shows good size and has good quickness and is someone who is a headache for opposing lineman. He should see late offers rolling in.

Carter has a good frame and will continue to grow into it. He plays with good power and physicality. He has quick, violent hands, moves well laterally and has a good burst to his game. He does a good job of gaining position over his man and does a good job of advancing his position. He’s a disruptor and is a versatile player as he can line up inside or on the edge, he brings great versatility and is primed for a huge season.
