Devon Buskin Devon Buskin 6'0" | 160 lbs | DB Southfield | 2023 State MI – Southfield A & T – CB/FS – 6’1″ 175 lbs
Buskin will play all over the backside of the defense. He can lineup and play 1 on 1 coverage, drop back and play zone, or go play Safety and be the last line of defense. He can do any of those things and thrive. He’s long and his length helps him play at a high level and take advantage of some smaller WRs. He can cover a ton of ground in a hurry. He’s a sure tackle and will make the play when the time comes. With a decent year, he could land a handful of meaningful offers.
Vincent Cox Vincent Cox 6'1" | 290 lbs | OL Hartland | 2023 State MI – Harland – G/DT – 6’1″ 285 lbs
Cox was meant to play on the inside of the line. He plays on both sides of the interior line and is an impact player for Hartland. Offensively, he will be aggressive at the point of attack and move guys out of his way. He’s best in the running game where he can use his leverage to clear lanes. He’s alright on defense, but nothing special. He’s meant to play on the offensive line and that’s where he will play in college.
Royce Daugherty Royce Daugherty 6'3" | 290 lbs | DL Watervliet | 2023 MI – Watervliet – G/DT – 6’2″ 275 lbs
Daugherty is very similar to Cox. He’s great on the inside of the line. He plays both ways and is best on the offensive side. He’s able to clear running lanes and use his upper body to overpower the defenders. He could use a ton of mechanical coaching and fixing some of those fundamentals. He’s raw but he’s strong. He’s able to play at a high level right now and as he develops if he’s coached up properly he could be a good college impact player. He’s starting to garner some interest from schools across the area and as the season approaches, we can expect him to be key for Watervliet heading into the 2021 season.
Hayden Healey Hayden Healey 6'4" | 305 lbs | OL East Lansing | 2023 MI – East Lansing – G/DT – 6’3″ 305 lbs
Healey is a big boy. He currently plays on the inside of the line, but as he gets to college you can expect him to move to the outside. He doesn’t move very fast but he’s powerful. He’s able to pack a punch with his hands when he latches onto a defender. His mechanics are very raw and underdeveloped but he could easily be coached up. He’s spent his summer in the weight room trying to bulk up and be more of an athlete. He’s already a problem for opposing defenses, but if he figures the rest out the sky is the limit.
RaSean Randall RaSean Randall 6'4" | 220 lbs | ATH Cass Tech | 2023 State MI – Cass Tech – WR – 6’4″ 200 lbs
He’s very young, but he’s already got an NFL frame. 6’4″ and 200 lbs is no joke. He’s able to go up and get pretty much any ball that comes his way. When he jumps he seems to float for half a second before coming back down. He has strong hands and very rarely does anything go through his hands. He’s able to run most routes in the route tree with ease. He’s a playmaker and already has everyone’s attention. He’s currently listed as a 0-star recruit but he does have an offer from Syracuse. They’ve already noticed him and hoping no one else does. With a decent junior year Randall will land a bunch of offers. I expect him to make a bunch of noise and have those offers come his way after this fall.
