Every season is important for prep football players with aspirations of playing on the next level. It would be hard to argue any of them are more critical in the recruiting process than junior year, however.

While splitting quarterbacking duties as a sophomore in 2024, Zaugg tossed four touchdown passes and ran for two more. He displays touch and arm strength in the first clip on his 10th-grade highlight video, which goes for a 35-yard touchdown toss. Getting the ball downfield with accuracy continues throughout the film. Zaugg looks comfortable rolling out in either direction, getting through his progressions and delivering a nice ball. He definitely can squeeze the ball through tight windows. Zaugg looks like a guy who could break out this season.

Stewart was a difference maker on the D-Line for a North Scott outfit that reached last year' state semifinals. He racked up 29.0 tackles, 22 of which were of the solo variety. Stewart recorded 5.0 tackles for loss and a sack. He looks the part when watching his sophomore highlight video of 2024. On it, Stewart's athleticism and versatility allow him to be effective lining up in different spots. He can create coming off of the edge of a three-man front or disrupt the proceedings with a push up the middle. With two more years of development time, Stewart stands a good chance of reaching his considerable ceiling.

Falls enjoyed a superior sophomore season in 2024. He completed over 60 percent of his passes for 1,599 yards and 13 touchdowns against just four interceptions. Falls chipped in on defense and special teams as well, highlighting the athleticism he brings to the quarterback position. It also would allow him to change positions if that ends of being the best path in the future. Falls looks like a playmaker during his 10th-grade highlight video. Arm strength is an asset, allowing him to get the ball into tight windows and down the field. Falls has a good feel in the RPO game, and although he's not a runner, per se, he moves well and can keep plays alive off schedule.

Parks shot out to an excellent start to his sophomore campaign before an injury sustained in an auto accident cost him three games. He returned later in the season to play effective football and set up what could very well be a breakout 2025. Parks completed 55 percent of his throws for 1,107 yards and 11 touchdowns against eight interceptions. He also rushed for 184 yards and five scores. A three-sport athlete, Parks reports a 4.58-second 40-yard dash, squatting 405 pounds, benching 295 and cleaning 275. During his 10th-grade highlight video, it's clear that he's a dual threat. He runs physically and features a big arm. Parks throws well on the move.

Wilgenbusch proved to be a difference maker on the Saints' D-Line as a sophomore in 2024. He produced 24.0 tackles, 21 of which were of the solo variety, which one stop for loss. We can witness how Wilgenbusch gets the job done during his 10th-grade highlight video. He operates with excellent tempo off of the edge, making quick decisions and beating slower offensive linemen. His hands are active and upper-body strength helps him disengage from blocks. Wilgenbusch is effective with a hand in the dirt or standing up on the end. He sets the edge well and crashes down productively on the run.

Moser played an important part in help the Dodgers reaching the postseason in 2024. The sophomore racked up 24.0 tackles, 19 of which were solo. Already with good size for a defensive back, Moser marries it with recognizable athleticism and a strong feel for the game. We can see all this when watching his 10th-grade highlight video. Moser plays fast and physical. Fort Dodge takes advantage of his well-rounded skill set by moving him around the formation, putting him in position to blow up plays, which he often does. Moser performs well in bump-and-run from cornerback or stuffing the run coming off of the edge. He's one on which to keep an eye this year and beyond.
