Falls, a two-year varsity starter, earned first-team all-district honors as a junior last fall. He completed 66.5 percent of his throws for 1,239 yards, and rolled up 1,513 total yards with 21 touchdowns. Falls accumulated a 146.1 Quarterback Rating. His 11th-grade highlight video reveals a dynamic dual-threat prospect behind center. Falls is capable of dinging defenses in multiple ways. He can fire it down the field and through tight windows. There’s pocket presence and the ability to make plays with his legs. A good athlete with agility and speed, Falls could fit at other positions if development stalls behind center. There are talents to be an asset on special teams should be move off of quarterback in college.

doesn’t pose himself as a towering signal-caller with the frame to translate his skillset to the next level, but he’s proven himself as an underrated signal caller who’s helped the Riverhawks as a contentious unit with the 4A conference. Falls completed over 66% of his passes, throwing for 1239 yards, 13 TDs, and 7 INTs while adding 269 rushing yards (4.9 YPC) and 8 rushing TDs. Falls improved considerably with his reads and ball-control, proving to make more precise progressions in the RPO-game and proving versatile as a dual-threat, but his arm strength should not be overlooked either, proving that he can sling the ball just as good as anyone in the state. Falls will look to deliver another strong campaign as he looks to guide Mason City to a winning performance to cap off his high school tenure.

showed improvement in numerous areas following a promising sophomore campaign leading the Riverhawks. Falls threw for 1239 yards, 13 TDs, and 7 INTs while rushing for 269 yards (4.8 YPC) and 8 rushing TDs. Falls showed considerable improvement moving around in the pocket and keeping it for himself, while his accuracy also showed improvement, jumping from 60.6% to 66.5% completion percentage as a junior. Falls isn’t a big player, but he’s athletic and versatile, flashing impressive power and placement on his passes while proving capable in the RPO-game. Falls will look for another strong performance in his senior season and guide Mason City to their first winning record since 2009.
Falls enjoyed a superior sophomore season in 2024. He completed over 60 percent of his passes for 1,599 yards and 13 touchdowns against just four interceptions. Falls chipped in on defense and special teams as well, highlighting the athleticism he brings to the quarterback position. It also would allow him to change positions if that ends of being the best path in the future. Falls looks like a playmaker during his 10th-grade highlight video. Arm strength is an asset, allowing him to get the ball into tight windows and down the field. Falls has a good feel in the RPO game, and although he’s not a runner, per se, he moves well and can keep plays alive off schedule.
