Rhodes pulled off a big-time performance, gathering a jaw-dropping 3 interceptions in the Pirates’ upset win over Foothill HS on Friday. Rhodes displays great size, intelligence, athleticism, and instincts that enable him to be in the right place at the right time. Rhodes is showing to be one of the city’s top DBs and will look to gain his first D1 offer soon.

Rhodes transferred back to Nevada this offseason after posting 100+ tackles in Hawaii last season. He’s a physical SS/OLB that’s an active tackler around the LOS as a second-level defender. Shows good range and lateral speed getting to the sideline and hits with power around the edge of the box. Rhodes was an all-state selection as a sophomore at Lake Mead Christian Academy and should be an impact defender for Sloan Canyon this season.
