Carrico lines up at right tackle where he is very impressive as a run blocker. He plays with a high motor and a ton of physicality. John is especially effective when asked to down block as he is able to drive his man inside with ease to create an outside running lane for the ball carrier. In pass protection, Carrico has shown the ability to mirror opposing pass rushers off the edge while maintaining a strong base. John has begun reeling in Power 4 offers over the past year and I expect them to continue to pile up for him this offseason.
