James is a good two-way player who brings value in a lot of different ways. As a runner, he’s patient and does a nice job taking what’s there instead of trying to force big plays. He’s a one-cut back who sticks his foot in the ground, gets north and south, and doesn’t waste movement dancing in the backfield. He also has good hands out of the backfield and can be involved in the passing game. He’s a good kick returner with the top-end speed to flip field position. Anytime he touches the ball, he seems to trust his vision and gets upfield.
