About Thompson
Expert Analysis
Michael Huntley | Prep Redzone Scout
Foulger had 104 tackles, 9 for a loss, four interceptions and two forced fumbles for Dana Hills this season.
He’s a quick reactor at linebacker and does a very good job evading blocks at the second level. As a blitzer, he closes to the ball quickly and is a low tackler. He projects better as a safety at the college level and showed some more promise in pass coverage as a senior than he did as a junior.

Foulger had 16 tackles, an interception and a forced fumble for Dana Hills in its win over El Modena. He is an undersized guy but he plays down hill and isn’t afraid to run through a brick wall to make a play.

Foulger is a bit undersized for the linebacker position but plays with a tremendous motor and is violent at the point of attack while not afraid to throw his body around in order to make plays. He has a quick trigger when working downhill, shows elite change of direction and pass rush abilities when collapse in the pocket backside and is a very twitchy and athletic prospect that packs a punch for size. He should find his home at the safety position in college and be a well rounded third level defender that is excellent against the run and when covering downfield.
