Gavin was a new name I added to my radar last Saturday at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase in Aberdeen, as one that I feel has good upside brewing into his senior season. I could tell after reviewing his 2024 tape, that Gavin has gathered a better base with his reach, as the tape showed at times although his hands were strong, his reach was long than it needed to be which I saw that development forward on Saturday. The 5'11 233 pounder, I witnessed run an intriguing pro agility number for his size which shows you the agile footwork growth that Gavin has made from just a short time ago. Gavin holds the dead-lift school record at Lennox at 555 pounds and in my eyes in one that even though I can't find him yet on social media, is surely worth the look to play on Saturdays

Rowan was a 2028 offensive linemen that had some college coaches and myself, in awe of the frame he already has at his disposal as one that immediately caught our attention from the eye test alone. A constant competitor already this off-season in the Chargers weight room, Rowan showed off the barrelling strength and developing leverage he can grasp in the reps I got to watch in Aberdeen at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase. He has some growth to be made improving his agile footwork but the work ethic this young man showed in the reps I watched shows off great upside as a 2028 OL prospect that my gut tells me with keep putting the work in from the longevity perspective. Rowan showed to me, he belongs on our 2028 rankings board incoming.

Easton is an offensive linemen that if I could clone myself, I wish I would have watched more of his reps but what I did see was super intriguing and shows that he is due to be a stockriser in this 2027 class. He showed off one the most athletic bends I saw amongst the interior offensive linemen at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase and that wasn't all either. He was also impressive with his pad-level, and possessed the quick hand speed to adjust on his blocks when he needed to. He also showed off sound hip drive in the reps I watched and that was consistent too throughout the reps I watched. Easton has a big bump coming upwards in our next 2027 rankings update, as the live eval always does the justice in the offensive trenches especially coming from a OL hotbed like Harrisburg has had for years.

I always like the OL prospect that comes in as advertised with their measurables, and that certainly was not all Callister brought to Aberdeen at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase on Saturday. A number that impressed me pre-showcase was Callister one of the biggest hand sizes amongst the entire offensive line group at 9.5 which shows further why his punch always brings sound physicality at the point of attack. Callister showed off a grip in the reps I watched that once he gets his leverage, he has a sudden hip drive that can pop his defenider quickly into the second level. I even felt by watching Callister in the live reps during 1v1s and Indy, that there is an increased foot speed with his first step since the 2024 season ended which college coaches ought to find that development intriguing. Callister also is a young man that it didn't take long to grasp how excellent his character will be in whatever locker he is in at the next-level. Should be a good summer on the recruiting trail for this young man.

One of a few prospects that made the trip to Aberdeen from Minnesota, that showed off some good reps at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase was 2027 offensive linemen Ryan Bye of Detroit Lakes, a program that IMO has been making some waves at our PRZ showcases across the area. Ryan impressed me with all the strength he had with his hands at his disposal as I noticed small and steady growth from watching his first rep to the last one, showing me that Ryan brings a growing football IQ for attention to detail. The nearly 6'0 294 pounder has an upside to climb this off-season by growing out his foot speed and creation of more agile movement, but surely has the physical tools at the point of attack well-versed heading into camp season and his junior season. The tape might be light, but I will be intrigued to track Ryan over the next-several months to hopefully see the development.

The Wall Eagles have a couple intriguing offensive linemen in their 2026 class that surely appear to be next-level material, and we had one of them at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase in [player_tooltip player_id='1659632' first='Kyler' last='Kjerstad'] on Saturday in Aberdeen. The verified 6'2 250 pounder, showed off sound agility in watching his first step on the muliple reps I caught from Saturday and there has been notable growth with that skillset since the fall season from Kyler. I also thought Kyler was one of the more intriguing offensive linemen when he got opportunities to angle block on Saturday, as he showed off consistency with his punches during the live reps I watched. I'll admit, after getting Kyler's live eval on Saturday this young man is about to rise significantly up my 2026 recruiting boards in the Mount Rushmore State.

One of the most impactful 2028 offensive linemen that surely passed the eye test, had some college coaches intrigued even as a 2028, and in the end turned out to be a OL top performer at the end of our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase, was [player_tooltip player_id='1601673' first='Addison' last='Peterson'] of Elk Point-Jefferson. He measured in at 6'2 295 pounds, but man I get the feeling that Addison could end up bigger than that by the end of his HS career. The first question that Addison answered was with his footwork, as I was impressed by how mobile he appeared to be based on my first look. Addison showed off the wide base that defensive linemen struggled getting to the outside edge as Addison was a persistent driver when they gave him that outside move. There is plenty of upside for this kid yet to prove in the coming years, but man he is trending into my 2028 rankings as one of the best offensive linemen in the class with elite size already.

Seth was another one that a lot of college coaches had their eyes on last Saturday, as he had the biggest frame in attendance and the measurables pre-camp came in verified. The 6'5 303 pounder from West Fargo Sheyenne, surely did not lack the physicality with his punches he landed in the reps I watched last Saturday in Aberdeen and as I like the quick improvement he has made since the season with his precise pad-level as well in the live eval I got. With that ideal D1 OL size in mind, the big upside for Seth in my eyes in live reps is growing his footwork to be more fluid and agile at the point of attack. I feel with the padded camps on Seth's camp trail this summer you will see quick growth locked in with his attention to detail in what I mentioned as our OL3 in the 2026 class, has a stacked camp schedule across the Midwest planned this summer.

Coming off near a top-tier performance this winter at our Aberdeen Showcase, Mason took a massive step ahead taking home our OL MVP last Saturday, which is very rare for a 2028 target to do at our PRZ Showcases across the country especially in the offensive trenches. Mason sealed off a more natural athletic base from his first look on Saturday in the live reps.It didn't take long for me to notice too the growth from an agility standpoint in his first step as he has developed swiftly since December. During 1v1s, Mason showed off a fast learning curve with his well-versed angles and technique, He improved with his pad-level as there wasn't a rep that I watched from Mason that didn't show his hands right almost on point with the defensive linemen. His football IQ is blossoming quickly as the sophomore to surely is going be a riser by next 2028 as one of my favorite athletes from a character perspective in this class so far.
