About Maceo

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a dual-threat quarterback so I can run and throw. If the pocket breaks down, im quick enough to take off and pick up yards, but im always looking downfield for a big play. I’ve got that arm strength to hit deep passes, but also the speed to keep defenses guessing.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

mentality is all about being disciplined, focused, and resilient. I stay locked in, whether it’s practice or a game, and I don’t let setbacks shake me I learn from them and keep pushing. I’m always looking for ways to improve, not just for myself but for the team. My personality is positive and hardworking I bring energy, I support my teammates, and I hold myself accountable.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I played club football with the KC Falcons and school football at Northgate Middle School, where we finished 2nd in districts. I earned MVP honors for both teams. I currently compete with Building Champions 7v7 and consistently make Principal’s Honor Roll every quarter with all A’s.

One significant challenge I’ve faced is balancing high-level football with maintaining straight A’s in school. I’m looking for a college that will challenge me both academically and athletically. I want a strong football program with coaches who develop players on and off the field, along with a school that offers strong academic support and prepares me for life after football.
