In this breakdown, we're emptying the notebook and taking a look at players in the 18U division that stood out to us this weekend.
Jackson Norman - 2026 Tight End - Transcend (Georgia)

We lead off the breakdown with 2026 tight end Jackson Norman from Georgia. He played for Transcend 7v7 and he impressed us in multiple ways. First off, he was a massive target that was one of the more reliable receiving threats that we saw in the entire tournament. But then standing next to him following the game, he probably stands around 6'4 or 6'5 and that size made him a big problem for defenders. He's one of the examples where watching him up close is probably more beneficial than just sticking to film. You get the full picture of just how physical he can be and the size. Norman was one of the more consistent offensive threats from start to finish this weekend in Georgia.

[player_tooltip player_id='1525038' first='Joshua' last='Jones'] - 2026 Wide Receiver - 251 Family Dynasty (Alabama)

2026 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1525038' first='Joshua' last='Jones'] is the first of two standouts from Alabama on this breakdown. He played for 251 Family Dynasty and really grabbed our attention early on in the tournament. Jones was incredibly dynamic with the football in his hands and ran strong routes that allowed him to create easy separation from the cornerback. When we got a chance to watch him in person on Saturday, he was one of the best players in that particular game. He checks a lot of the boxes when it comes to being a prospect. It won't be surprising to see his recruitment start to take off this spring and summer because the skillset is there and he could definitely be a name to know in the 2026 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1127591' first='Sye' last='Byrd'] - 2027 Wide Receiver/Defensive Back - Gulf Coast Athletics (Alabama)

I've mentioned this in other breakdowns but it deserves repeating again. Gulf Coast Athletics was one of the top programs heading into the weekend and it was obvious with the talent that they had on each team participating. One of the top players that we watched from Alabama was 2027 two-way standout [player_tooltip player_id='1127591' first='Sye' last='Byrd'] and he was another prospect that really impressed us every time we watched him. And it didn't matter if it was the first game or the last, on either day, Byrd was incredibly consistent and he was definitely on the short list of the best players that we watched. He was certainly one of the more impactful players. And the thing that we liked about him the most was he was just as impactful on both sides of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='1631454' first='Will' last='Hagelgan'] - 2026 Wide Receiver - All In Elite (Georgia)

Our final prospect on this breakdown is 2026 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1631454' first='Will' last='Hagelgan'] after he suited up for All In Elite this weekend. The Georgia standout really stood out on Saturday afternoon during pool play. He was consistently getting open and then making big plays down the field. In one game in particular, Hagelgan made a couple touchdown grabs and it really caught our eye because he was running a variety of routes to get open on them. He's beat defenders over the middle, on the sideline and it didn't matter if it was a short, intermediate or a deep route, Hagelgan was a name that we ended up liking and he's a 2026 wide receiver prospect to keep an eye on moving forward.
