Mikita checks into our updated 2027 rankings as a top 5 running back and just outside the top 20 overall, and is a candidate to move up in future updates as well. He shows a good burst through the first level, natural forward lean and leg drive through contact while able to bounce off tacklers in the hole and flashes plus vision in tight windows with cutback abilities in traffic. He is also a natural pass catcher out of the backfield that gets vertical quickly and can make off-platform plays with body control and tracking abilities. He should be a big part of the Eagle offense in 2025 and is part of a long line of Eagle greats in recent years.     Jacobsen checks into our rankings as a top 25 player in the class and is one of the best linebackers across Idaho in the rising Junior class. He's very athletic and fluid in space with cover abilities downfield and flashes closing speed and is a sure tackler in open space. Jacobson has a quick trigger and quick play recognition while able to knife around bigger blockers and get into the backfield with well timed pressures and has pass rush abilities off the edge. He's a well-balanced defender that will continue to pack on weight to his frame and can play either inside or outside linebacker at the next level.     Earley is one of the more talented edge rushers in this class and has the frame and length to play either defensive end or kick inside as a 3-tech in college. He is strong out of his stance with good hip explosion, inside hand placement at the point of attack while showing a quick lockout and violent shed in his run progression. When rushing the passer, he flashes he can use a variety of different speed and power moves, counter when necessary and is very well polished for his age. He is a high motor kid with plenty of Varsity experience heading into his Junior season, and will be one of the more talented pass rushers in his class.     Bingham is a very twitchy and quick pass rusher that offers position versatility on the edge or can kick inside as well. He wins with both speed and power at the point of attack while showing a quick use of hands and does a good job of using his leverage to get underneath bigger blockers and win with a precise strike point at the point of attack. Although a bit under-size he shows he can split double teams and take on drive blocks and should progress nicely through his Junior year. Checking into our rankings as a top five defensive lineman, Bingham is a D3+ prospect and should see his stock continue to rise and recruitment pick up by this time next year.     Barnes is still a developing prospect but has the frame to be a FCS+ defender as he continues to grow and develop through 2025. He has tremendous length, good strength at the point of attack and shows sudden movement, twitch and bend for someone his size. Barnes should fit nicely as an edge player in college and has tons of upside and growth potential through his last two years of high school. Heading into the Fall, Barnes should be one of the more active pass rushers across Idaho and start generating some college interest and potential offers over the next 12 months.
