“Dinkins plays with a ton of confidence- he’s excellent at navigating the pocket, is great under pressure, and has impressive arm talent he uses to put the ball anywhere on the field. Dinkins has a strong arm and great accuracy; he can push the ball downfield, is great at leading and hitting his WRs in stride, and has excellent ball placement on some really tough-to-throw passes.

Alvin Dinkins Alvin Dinkins 6'3" | 185 lbs | QB Williamson | 2026 State AL is a big, athletic QB prospect with a high completion percentage and low turnover rate despite gunslinger qualities. His tape is littered with bombs down the field and plays on the move. He has an elastic enough arm to make plays off-script without much of a drop off in velocity. He is a smooth athlete and does a good job of evading pressure to keep plays alive. Dinkins generates big plays and is efficient while doing so.

Dinkins is a big QB prospect coming off a breakout junior season. He is on the thinner side of his 6’3 frame and is twitched up enough athletically to dodge pressure and pick up a few yards as a runner. He has adequate arm strength, a quick release, and taps into different paces on the ball. He does a good job of stepping through the pocket and is willing to take on contact as he lets the ball go. I think there’s more meat on the bone here as a prospect. He holds D1 offers and has a high ceiling.
