Thad Wilder is an up-and-coming QB from Mary G. Montgomery who’s shown a bunch of impressive traits on tape.
“Wilder has impressive size, great instincts, and is terrific at getting the ball out quickly. I’m really impressed with Wilder’s processing. He sees the field really well, has great timing, and consistently hits his WRs right as they’re coming out of their breaks.
On top of that, Wilder is really impressive under pressure and on the move. He makes difficult off-platform throws from outside the pocket look easy, consistently hitting his targets in stride downfield. When you see how accurate and well-timed he is from both inside and outside the numbers, there’s a lot to be excited about. We need to watch out for him going forward.”
Wilder has some real talent, and it’s easy to see in his clips from last season. I’m excited to see what the future holds for WIlder. I think he could end up seeing the field a lot more in 2026 and beyond.
