He had a tremendous year helping lead St. Joseph's Prep to another State Title. Foulke has great mechanics and footwork in the pocket. It might be one of the best films I have seen by a quarterback in a long time. His ability to set his feet and throw the ball on time is exceptional. He is also extremely accurate in throwing the ball to his receivers. He is also a machine in the pocket as he does a great job reading the defense and finding the open receivers. He does a great job setting his feet and delivering a good football. His ability to get through his progressions and then throw an accurate pass is impressive. He is excellent in the pocket and has a great feel for when to throw the ball. He reads defenses well and he can deliver the ball promptly to his receivers. He also has a strong arm and shows it off when he throws in breaking routes or deep balls. Not bad for a 1st year-starting quarterback. Campbell has good footwork and does a nice job delivering a catchable ball for his receivers. He is a good athlete who moves well inside and outside of the pocket. When the play breaks down, he can run around and find open receivers. Campbell throws the deep ball well because he knows how to put the perfect amount of touch on the ball. His athleticism and speed are special. When he is at quarterback or wide receiver positions, he makes defenders miss in space. He has exceptional moves and quickness in the open field. As a passer, he has a good arm but he is still developing In the pocket. He played on both Junior Varsity and Varsity last year. He is a good athlete who showed a ton of potential as a quarterback. He is good at throwing the ball on the run, especially on designed bootlegs and rollouts where he can sprint out and throw the ball on the run. He is a tough and competitive football player. He is undersized but does a good job making plays for his team. He is excellent on designed quarterback sprint-outs plays where he can throw on the run well. He is also good at quarterback running the ball where he does a good job running for tough yards. As a pocket passer, it is hard for him at times to see over the offensive line, but he has good mechanics and does a good job of delivering the ball to open receivers.
