Milligan picked up his first offer from D-II Northern St. this month. The 5’11″/190 two-way player from Spanish Springs put together a breakout junior season rushing for 685 yards and 7 TDs last fall. He’s an athletic playmaker out of the backfield with underrated speed and agility to his skillset. Milligan’s one of the top RBs to watch in northern Nevada this upcoming season.
