Another big-time winner from the 2025-26 offseason and Summer Camp SZN is another lynchpin and key figure in the WBL ultra-talented WR room this fall. Robert “RJ” Stuckey Jr. was creating some serious hype as a breakout WR prospect and name-to-know during what was an electric and very successful sophomore 7v7 campaign, landing squarely in the crosshairs of PRZMN, where he had to see his consistent ability to separate and big play mentality and disposition live and in person ourselves. Stuckey Jr. was a no-doubt winner who solidified his hype and skillset at the PRZMN Spring Showcase, where his measureables during testing and nuanced, twitchy, and consistently effective route running skillset were on full display. However, what I had somewhat forgotten about Stuckey Jr. until reexamining his sophomore tape for this feature was that the 2028 recruit is a serious and legitimate CB prospect in his own right.

Primarily a JV contributor in 2025, Stuckey Jr. asserted himself as a true three-phase playmaker, not to mention a vertical threat as a WR and ballhawk from his CB spot. He was a physical press corner with loose hips and ball skills that show up all over his tape, and he almost took two kickoff returns back for six against Forest Lake to highlight some explosiveness. The 2028 standout demonstrates an effective understanding of the route tree, impressive footwork and the ability to gain depth in his backpedal while staying square and keeping the gate closed for a streaking WR, and he proved he can easily undercut passing attempts and use his WR skills to make plays on the ball from his CB spot. All he’s missing right now is some varsity tape. Pay attention to this 2028 probable stock riser.

A familiar name to PRZMN readers from this offseason, White Bear Lake’s RJ Stuckey Jr., as well as his Bears’ cohorts, are due for a huge 2026 season on the gridiron. Stuckey Jr., who is ultra-experienced in unpadded camp and 7v7 settings, and he really shines brightest in competitive settings and more specifically, as a route runner. At the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp, Stuckey Jr. was highlighting his burst and explosiveness out of his breaks, as well as his ability to climb the ladder, elevate, and float when locating and snagging the ball out of the air. Quick and powerful at the top of the route as well. Created separation against a variety of high-level DB competition.

A stud WR in the 2028 class, don’t sleep on White Bear Lake’s skill positions in 2026! Stuckey showed super quick feet working as a DB at the PJ Fleck RTB Prospect Camp, and he was flying out of his breaks and showed great ball skills, as well as awareness, during 1v1s. He could read and recognize routes well in man coverage.

The second of the electric and dynamic duo walking the halls of White Bear Lake High School, Robert Stuckey has been a name I’ve heard over and over this offseason due to his 7v7 and overall athletic success. To say I was excited to see the 2028 Bear live and in the flesh is an understatement, and Stuckey more than lived up to the hype. Coming in at a verified 5’11, 155 lbs. with 9.25″ hands, Stuckey posted a 4.90 40, 4.36 shuttle, and 8’4 broad during testing before absolutely lighting it up during 1v1s. A violent and powerful route runner who was as fluid as he was intentional in his movements, especially in small-area environments, Stuckey was competitive and really impressed the MIAC coaches working the event, particularly the WR group, and he had some of the loosest hips and lightest feet at the PRZMN Spring Showcase. Not sure I saw this kid lose a rep all afternoon. Should be a breakout, potentially big-time junior season for Stuckey & co. in 2026.

Stuckey is a smooth, fluid athlete who glides across the field and covers ground with ease. I thought he was one of the more natural movers at the event, especially with how effortless everything looked. He made an impact on both sides of the ball, showing real versatility. Offensively, he came down with several impressive grabs, consistently tracking the ball and finishing through contact. Defensively, he had the play of the weekend with a falling interception in the corner of the end zone. My takeaway is that his ability to contribute across multiple phases really separates him and makes him a name to keep an eye on.

Stuckey is a great athlete with a sound build who just pops on the field. His acceleration off the line is top-tier and he’s got a fantastic build. He’s a springy rangy athlete who is still finding his footing on the field but he makes play after play. His ability to catch the ball and immediately become a runner is what set him apart. He’s hard to touch because he’s so slippery, let alone tackle. Stuckey came from Minnesota and made the most of his opportunity.
