Per his Hudl highlights intro, he’s made 11 total tackles (8 tackles for a loss) and sacked the quarterback once in three games so far.

He’s a defensive tackle with a compact build. His highlights show that he wins with pad level and power. Eli has multiple interior tackles for loss on film. He’s not twitchy, but he shoots the A/B gap, stays low, and finishes tackles by wrapping up. A couple of highlights show him holding the point and stuffing the run. On some of the pass-rush reps, Eli gets good pressure with power.

Worth noting that he also plays offensive guard

Eli moves up 35 spots to #65 overall and now is a top 10 overall DL prospect in the class. Able to play on both sides of the line at high levels, I do feel he may find his home at IDL for the next level. Was able to get eyes on Eli this spring and he impressed in drill work. A thick built IDL who plays with power and athleticism. Eli moves well with fluid feet and good bend / COD. He comes off ball with power and burst, fights through contact, and shows active hands. He can get skinny and shoot gaps to get into the backfield consistently. Showing good leverage at POA, Eli can sink hips and explode through the blocker.

A high academic prospect as well, Eli already holds offers from Brown and Columbia. Look for Eli to be a key piece of a deep Bullis team this fall and start to generate interest from plenty more FBS & FCS programs.

Eli is an IOL who is set to be a key piece to a strong Bullis OL this fall. He may only be 6’1″ right now but he plays bigger than his size and takes it to the defense. Eli plays with nice physicality and strength, while alway being athletic enough to pull and get out in space. He fires off the ball well and is able to generate good power through clean technique and good leverage. He plays on his toes, able to pull, reach, and combo block effectively. Eli also has that nasty to his game as well, tough and aggressive off the LOS he looks to put guys in the dirt and let make sure they feel it. I look forward to seeing more of Eli along with a loaded Bullis squad this fall.
