This Lynx offensive lineman has been a hot name on the recruiting front here in Tennessee for two years now and Work is still considered a top prospect, ranking 5th within the O-line and firmly in the mix to become a Power Five player next Fall. A big reason why this West Tennessee prospect is such a heavily recruited guy is because of his physical body and nature when he steps on the field. Work is a mauler that sports a strong grip and the ability to drive his man into the ground on a consistent basis. The Lynx senior lineman could develop himself into staying at left tackle but his upside may sit best at right tackle or even inside at guard where he can use his physicality to dominate opponents.
