This dude put on one of the most impressive and downright dominant performances I’ve ever seen at an event like this. The Grand Valley State signee absolutely balled out. From clean and crisp routes to absurd athleticism and ball skills, Korenstra showed off every trick in his bag. On multiple reps, he came down with the ball while having a defender face guarding him or yanking him to the ground. He finishes catches through contact with defenders and the ground every time. His catch radius is insane, and I wouldn’t be shocked to see him be a key contributor for GVSU in the very near future.

- Perhaps the most athletically gifted receiver on this list
- Competitive
- Inconsistent hands- but he’s flashed with some phenomenal catches
- Twitchy
- Could be a great speed-in-space player at next level
- Needs to clean up his routes, IQ, etc. Once he gets a year or two of GVSU coaching, he should be a great GLIAC player

Will has the most natural talent on either team. Here’s what I thought of his performance.
- Extremely competitive
- Great release and top speed
- Able to draw PI; smart player
- Flashed excellent hands; 1-handed catch
- Needs to work on route-running in college

I’ve written about Will on several occasions over these past few weeks. In a nutshell, Will is a very high-upside receiver with a very raw skillset. Me and plenty of college coaches love his frame, athleticism, and long stride. He projects as a great college receiver, but currently lacks the skillset for many GLIACs to bite. Will still gets a great ranking within the Top 200, and he could easily skyrocket up the rankings if his skill can follow his upside.

Will is a very unique prospect, and I’m extremely happy I had the chance to briefly watch him at the GVSU camp. Listen- I don’t like his film. I think that Will ran extremely sloppy routes last season, and he’s very behind when it comes to overall receiver fundamentals. Seeing him at the GVSU camp, I finally understand why he’s getting so much GLIAC attention. His frame, testing numbers, and overall measurables are near-elite. Will has long legs that allow him to explode forward and long arms that give him a high ceiling when it comes to catch radius. I still think that Will is severely lacking in route running, but his upside is unquestioned, and he made some great choices in attending GLIAC camps.

While I don’t think Will is the best fundamental football player, his athletic traits propel him to being a D2 prospect. Turn on the tape and watch Will’s speed. On deep routes, Will explodes out of his stance and consistently burns opposing DBs. He’s also utilized in the quick game as a speed-in-space player. There, he’s able to quickly turn upfield and outrun most defenders. The athletic traits are there, but if he can improve on his route running, hands, IQ and more, then Will could be one of the most improved prospects of the year.
