Algona is a team with a solid senior class going into the 2025 season, including Max Nevitt Max Nevitt 6'0" | 285 lbs | OL Algona | 2026 State IA who will be leading the charge in the trenches. I can see Max receiving looks at either offensive guard or defensive lineman based on his junior tape. Offensively, Max plays with great instincts, keeping his head on a swivel, quickly identifying where pressure is coming from and adjusting. He packs a solid punch that can stun his opponents while still looking to finish the play. He uses his natural leverage to his advantage by maintaining good pad level and bend when battling with defenders. On defense, Max does a good job fitting the run and tracking the ball to slow down the opposing run game. Max recently received his first offer from Grand View which should give him solid recruiting momentum going into the season.
