as a sophomore this past year comes with the total package, solid size, good speed, a good arm, good accuracy, and the icing on the cake the prettiest deep ball of this bunch of players. When he throws his deep shots specifically on the sideline it’s never underthrown, always thrown with a tight pretty spiral, and always delivered on time. There’s a clip where Jackson’s WR only has maybe a step or two, Jackson launches the football 45+ yards and throws open his WR for a monster gain, it’s special stuff. While to my knowledge Jackson has no offers, I really expect him to be gaining interest soon as I believe he’s one of the best in the state at his position.

. Is a legitimate 6’1, 175 pounds. Had a full year of tape at Cheltenham post-stint with St. Joe’s Prep. Is a basketball player over at Cheltenham. Is a QB who will likely stay inside our Top 100 for the duration of his HS career. Team Captain. Will break down his tape in a later piece.

had an outstanding season for Cheltenham last year. He is a good athlete that moves extremely well. He is a good runner, who is tough to tackle in the open field. As a passer, he has an excellent arm. He does a nice job of throwing a catchable ball for his receivers. He needs to clean up the footwork in mechanics, but overall, everything is still good in that area. I love the way he plays as a quarterback and how he can make plays for his team. He has a willingness to play well with his feet and his arm. Jackson has a bright future.

played one of the two teams St. Joe’s brought split time at QB, and in the reps, he showcased some impressive throws. Jackson did a lot of his work targeting the middle of the field, he showcased the ability to hit guys in stride and was more often than not getting the ball out quickly. Jackson made 1-2 throws to the sideline where he showcased very impressive anticipation and ball placement. There were also a couple of reps where Jackson threw on the run and his athleticism is evident in his ability to move and how smooth he looks throwing on the run. Jackson was a solid performer who had a couple standout throws this past weekend.

I’m caught up on all things SJP. I attend JV games when I can, I see many of the underclassmen come through our camp, I’m plugged in with a few coaches who keep me updated on names to know, on top of me attending games in the Fall. One prospect has alluded me, that’s

. I’ve heard nothing but good things about this freshman passer, an underclassman I’ll be holding under a microscope this weekend. Jackson is almost a complete unknown at the moment, I want to shed as much positive light on his game as I possibly can. The post-event piece on Jackson will hit a lot harder than the pre-event piece you’re reading now. Excited to learn a thing or two after Saturday’s pool play.
