As mentioned above in his future St. Augustine Prep teammate John Chirico John Chirico 5'7" | 160 lbs | LB St. Augustine | 2028 NJ ‘s writeup, I love Offensive Linemen, interior Defensive Linemen and Linebackers that also wrestle–Shields is another example here. Looking around the state, Shields is a Top-20 prospect on both the Offensive and Defensive Line at this point–with a slight lean towards the DL. He already has that natural mean streak that all good Linemen have, and he isn’t afraid to play to-and-through the whistle. He’s a good mix of mauler and athleticism for a big kid at this early age.
