With former starter Austin Randall having graduated from Waconia, all eyes will turn now to senior Kaden Herman Kaden Herman Kaden Herman 6'3" | 205 lbs | QB Waconia | 2025 State MN . In limited appearances last year, Herman had great poise in the pocket, showcasing razor-sharp accuracy and an incredible arm. Herman is unafraid to stretch the ball down the field, and I’ve been impressed with his accuracy in tight windows. Having appeared this offseason at several college camps, Herman was a particular standout at Montana State’s football camp. Herman is a prospect that should be watched in 2024, and if he has a strong senior season, Herman could very much earn numerous D1 and D2 offers next offseason.

Kaden had his stand out moments that caught my eyes during the QB drills. The junior has a solid frame for the QB position, but showed that he could get out on the run, flip his hips, and fire the ball accurately on the move. Herman also caught my eyes with his arm strength. The ball jumped out of his hand whether on the run or stepping into one while in rhythm during 1 on 1 battles. The pocket passer is someone to put on your boards and watch over this next year in MN.
